Why Power Cable Fixing Needs Specialized Cable Ties
Power cables in substations and industrial facilities are heavy, stiff, and carry dangerous voltages. A single large power cable can weigh 10-20 kg per meter. Cable ties must handle significant static loads while maintaining adequate clearance between phases and between live conductors and grounded structures. Flame retardancy is critical — ties inside energized equipment must self-extinguish to prevent fire propagation.

Static Load Management

Arc Flash Safety
Power distribution equipment contains arc flash hazards. Ties inside switchgear must be flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) to prevent contributing fuel in the event of an internal electrical fault.
Phase Spacing
