Standard nylon 6.6 cable ties become brittle and fail in sub-zero temperatures. CableTiesMFG provides cold-temperature-rated cable ties engineered for reliable performance from -40degC down to cryogenic conditions. Our cold-weather ties use Nylon 12 (excellent low-temperature flexibility), specialized cold-weather PA66 formulations, and 316 stainless steel for the most extreme cold environments.

Cold-Weather PA66
Modified nylon 6.6 formulation with enhanced low-temperature impact resistance. Rated to -40degC. Cost-effective alternative to Nylon 12.
316 Stainless Steel
No low-temperature embrittlement. Performance unaffected to cryogenic temperatures (-196degC). For LNG, liquid nitrogen, and extreme cold applications.
