IP Rating Guide
IP65: dust-tight, water jet resistant. IP66: dust-tight, powerful water jet resistant. IP67: dust-tight, temporary immersion (1m, 30min). IP68: dust-tight, continuous immersion (depth/time specified). Our standard nylon glands are IP68 rated.
Thread Standards
Metric (M12-M63 per IEC 60423), PG (Pg7-Pg48 per DIN 40430), NPT (1/4 to 2), and G/PF (BSPP). We stock all common sizes with custom threads available for orders over 5,000 pcs.
Material Options
PA66 (standard, IP68), PA66 with EPDM seal (enhanced weather resistance), nickel-plated brass (EMC/EMI shielding), stainless steel 304/316 (corrosive environments, food grade, marine).
