1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products & Orders

• Product Descriptions: We strive to display our products accurately, including specifications, colors, and images. However, actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, monitor calibration, or material batch variations.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Minimum Order Quantities: Certain products may have minimum order quantities (MOQ). Any applicable MOQ will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For bulk and custom orders, we may offer alternative payment terms including partial deposits and milestone payments.
• We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other payment methods as agreed upon.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are agreed upon per order and specified in the sales contract.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed.
• You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless DDP terms are explicitly arranged.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Defective Products: If products arrive with manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and a detailed description. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
• Non-Defective Returns: Returns of non-defective products are subject to prior approval and may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Custom Orders: Custom-manufactured products, special colors, and non-standard specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of CableTiesMFG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CableTiesMFG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Cable ties should be used in accordance with their rated specifications. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, use beyond rated capacity, or use in applications for which the product was not designed.
