Quality Inspection & Factory Audit Process

CableTiesMFG is the public brand of Zhejiang Runbo Plastic Co., Ltd. Anhui Runbo Plastic Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing factory for the documented cable-tie scope. Product, factory and certificate applicability is confirmed per SKU and order. This page explains the review path buyers can request for a specific product and order.

1. Incoming material review

Confirm the material specification, lot information and any applicable supplier or conformity records for the selected SKU. The exact record set is confirmed per product and order.

2. Tooling and in-process review

Review the current drawing, tooling or forming route, critical dimensions and any approved process controls that apply to the requested model.

3. Finished-product inspection

Confirm the applicable dimensional, locking, tensile, environmental or other performance evidence, including the test method and conditioning basis where those records are required for approval.

4. Packaging and traceability review

Confirm bag, carton, pallet, labeling, lot or batch references and shipping records for the order. Packaging and traceability requirements are not assumed across every SKU.

Can we arrange third-party inspection?

Third-party inspection can be discussed for the applicable order. Confirm the nominated inspector, timing, site, scope and records required before the inspection is scheduled.

Can we visit the factory?

Factory visits and virtual or on-site audit arrangements are confirmed for the applicable manufacturing site. For the documented cable-tie scope, this may include Anhui Runbo Plastic Co., Ltd.; request the site and scope for your SKU or order.

Which company name should appear on a certificate?

Certificate holder and product applicability must be read from the current document. Do not relabel an Anhui Runbo certificate as a Zhejiang Runbo or CableTiesMFG certificate without written scope confirmation.
