Map the bundle
Record cable count, bundle shape, support, bend, movement, access and consequence of a loose or damaged bundle. Confirm the tie length and head position on a sample.
Choose the tie family
Select standard, releasable, mountable, marker, colored, nylon or stainless construction only after the application and evidence requirement is clear.
Install without damage
Use the approved tension and trimming method for the selected item. Avoid crushing insulation, blocking movement or leaving a hazardous tail.
Inspect and document
