Color identification guide

Nylon Cable Tie Color Code | Identification & SKU Guide | CableTiesMFG

Color can organize a route or brand a pack, but it is not a universal material, UV, flame or compliance code. Confirm the exact product and order scope.

CableTiesMFG is the public brand of Zhejiang Runbo Plastic Co., Ltd. Anhui Runbo Plastic Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing factory for the documented cable-tie scope. Product, factory and certificate applicability is confirmed per SKU and order.

Use a written color rule

Define what each approved color means in the installation, harness, panel or packaging program. A color is useful only when the rule is documented and repeatable.

Keep color separate from performance

Do not infer material, UV resistance, temperature, flammability or certification from color. Ask for the formulation, dimensions, construction and applicable documents for the selected SKU.

Approve the visual reference

Use a controlled physical sample or color reference, record the approval method and keep the artwork or label revision with the order. Screen images alone can vary by display and lighting.

Check packaging and replenishment

Specify pack count, label, barcode, color reference, destination and quantity. Replenishment should use the same model and approved reference unless a change is reviewed.

Use color for the right job

Color may support circuit grouping, maintenance, customer branding or pack differentiation. It does not replace a marker area, label, drawing or traceability record when those are required.
